During this time of crisis with the COVID-19 outbreak, I want you to know that HHD is here for you. This is a very stressful time for everyone. I want everyone to know that I am still open and here for support in the capacity that I can provide.

Since this is a contact service, I will be wearing gloves during your session along with keeping up with my routine cleaning of disinfecting all surfaces and tools, door knobs, and high traffic areas, etc. As a healthcare professional OUR health (yours and mine) is top priority and taking precautions is the smart thing to do.

I have some temporary changes I want to enforce until this all under control and is no longer a crisis:

IF YOU HAVE RECENTLY TRAVELLED OUT OF STATE or COUNTRY, HAVE RECENTLY BEEN IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS, or HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE THAT HAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR THE CORONA VIRUS, Please reschedule your appointment until you are clear and certain you have no symptoms of illness. For reference we will use a 2 week minimum from your originally scheduled appointment for rescheduling.

IF YOU ARE SICK or you are feeling ill at all, PLEASE DO NOT COME IN. We can reschedule your appointment for a time that you are not sick or at risk of being sick.

The best thing we can do for each other is stay healthy and follow the suggestions of our health professionals and use common sense hygiene practices, wash your hands frequently, cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough and stay home if you are sick.

Remember to get fresh air often, move your body around and breathe! Use this time to hone in on your self care practices and develop healthy routines.
