I am so excited to announce that I will now be offering exercise therapy & strength coaching!

Injury prevention? Yes, please! I got you covered!

Are you having trouble with lifting technique? Come in for an evaluation. We will work together and fine tune your lifting technique.

The first session starts with a quick movement screen to see where you are currently at. From there we will make a plan to help you reach your fitness or strength goals!

Sessions are 1 on 1 for 45-60 minutes.

You’ll learn how to move your body the way it was meant to while working out the kinks and building strength along the way.
